BIOGRAPHY

He received MSc degree in Mining Engineering/Rock Mechanic from AmirKabir University of Tehran, Iran. He is  a Ph.D. Candidate at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Kerman, Iran. Masoud worked principally in the field of open-pit & underground mines as Senior Rock Mechanics Engineer and Mining supervisor for Kusha Madan Consulting Eng. Co., Kian Madan Pars and KavaAray Novin Madan Co. and Gol-e-Gohar Iron Mines. Masoud research interest emphasizes on: design and numerical analysis of slopes and tunnels instabilities by a combination of empirical, equilibrium and numerical modeling methods, mine/Stockpile planning and design, simulation, geotechnical instrumentation monitoring, and Photogrammetry measuring techniques.
