Lifetime Achievement is awarded for the outstanding and continuous contributions to set a record in one academic field for many years. ICMM Germany 2020 appreciates the dedication and commitment in the profession by presenting a Herbert Hoover- Award.
Herbert Clark Hoover was an American engineer, businessman, and politician who served as the 31st president of the United States. A member of the Republican Party, he held office during the onset of the Great Depression. Prior to serving as president, Hoover led the Commission for Relief in Belgium, served as the director of the U.S. Food Administration, and served as the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
Born to a Quaker family in West Branch, Iowa, he grew up in Oregon. Hoover took a position with a London-based mining company after graduating from Stanford University.
Herbert Hoover Awardee will be provided a 50% discount on the registration fee for the upcoming conference and Memento and Certificate as a token of appreciation.
Eligibility: Should be registered before the Award deadline for ICMM Germany 2020. Only Keynote and Plenary Speakers can apply.
Selection Criteria: Should have more than 10 years of experience in one field and based on Research works, Conferences attended and other awards.
